Students should email the material they wish to work on to admin@theintegralfactor.com at least 48 hours in advance so our tutors can prepare. Students should include in the email any work they have done in addressing the material and are expected to bring them to the session.

Sessions are typically an hour long but can go longer depending on the need and nature of the topic. Tutors typically spend the first half of each session going through the requested material. The remaining time is spent reinforcing core concepts, addressing any gaps, and tying ideas together to prepare for upcoming sessions or problems.

The Integral Factor has a non-negotiable 48-hour cancellation policy. Students who cancel or attempt to reschedule a session within 48 hours are automatically charged in full for the session.

Our exceptional tutors take the time to go through the requested material and thoroughly prepare for each session. Sometimes this means doing the problems themselves, obtaining the relevant documents / textbooks or preparing custom material – so we require at least 48 hours of lead time to do so.

We appreciate your understanding. In the event of a documented emergency we will waive this policy on a case-by-case basis.

Tutors do not offer pass guarantees.

We help navigate and reinforce material to pass your classes/exams and should not be thought of as substitutes for them.

You’re responsible for sitting for your exam and submitting work in your own words. Plagiarism in any form is not tolerated. We will always abide by the policies of your school, university or regulatory body.
